**About the team**
Trustly is one of the leading providers for open banking payment in the U.S. and globally. The FIC Product team is central to the success of Trustly’s financial institution connection platform. The team’s mission is to ensure Trustly’s leading state in financial institution coverage, quality of connections and open banking trends globally.
**What you'll do**:
- Product representative in intaking, prioritizing and resolving FIC-related support questions and issues in various Slack channels.
- Doing product research and investigations with Engineers to resolve issues, communicate with stakeholders about the resolutions.
- Working with stakeholders to build and execute a clear prioritization framework; and improving the efficiency and speed of solving FIC product related issues.
**Who you are**:
- Detail oriented and eager to learn.
- Prior experience in product management preferred.
- Excellent communication and independence of updating project progress with stakeholders.
- Familiar with spreadsheet and basic office tools.
- Familiar with Jira.
