Av Technician

We are seeking a capable resource to coordinate a range of activities, from simple tasks to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.The Dispatch AV Technician will provide on-site and remote support for AV and IT systems. This role requires a proactive, tech-savvy individual with solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in the field.**Key Responsibilities**Respond to service dispatches for AV setup, troubleshooting, and maintenanceInstall, configure, and test AV systems: projectors, VC systems, speakers, displays, control systems (Crestron, Extron)Support IT hardware (PCs, routers, printers, switches) and basic network issuesMaintain logs, resolve service tickets, and liaise with internal and client-side teamsCommunicate technical details clearly to non-technical usersStay up to date with AV/IT trends and tools**Technical Skills & Qualifications**2-3 years in AV or IT technician rolesFamiliarity with AV platforms (Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Logitech, Polycom)Basic network/system troubleshooting (Windows, MacOS, Linux)Experience with Zoom, Teams, and Google MeetValid driver’s license + ability to travelTechnical certifications or an Associate’s degree are a plus**Additional Requirements**On-call flexibility (early mornings, evenings, weekends)Ability to lift and transport AV equipmentStrong customer service and problem-solving abilities**What next?
