- Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams, developing social media and influencer marketing strategies into integrated marketing campaigns
- Ability to speak and write in Portuguese and English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge about Internet culture and expert usage of social media
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent project management, multitasking, and quantitative and qualitative skills
- Excellent editorial point of view on what's effective for YouTube's brand/voice

YouTube Marketing's mission is to know our users, and to connect them to the magic of our products and creators. We make YouTube successful by shaping people's perceptions of YouTube and inspiring them to engage with us. We're also responsible for all of YouTube's marketing activities to consumers, creators, and key opinion influencers.
As Head of YouTube Social Media Marketing for Brazil, you will engage and delight our user and creator base, to help grow our brand and platform by building excellent social campaigns.
In this role, you will contribute by translating business objectives into social media strategies that build and move communities. You will connect with creators and fans to make them have fun. Additionally, you are passionate about Internet culture and curious about what's new and interesting. You will also demonstrate excellent creative instincts for content and sound judgment to help discern what fits into the YouTube strategy and voice, and what doesn't. Your wit, quick thinking, and creative skills will serve you well as you work closely with designers and analysts to develop insightfully thought out, nimbly developed, and beautifully crafted content.

**Responsibilities**:
- Advocate for YouTube to the Brazilian creator community and their fans. Develop the social insight and strategy for the market and drive the execution to drive business goals.
- Lead Brazil's influencer marketing strategies and its execution.
- Work with Marketing teams to effectively define, develop, and execute the role of social media for Brazil. Identify and manage agencies who enable us to support and scale social campaigns.
- Shape our on-platform and off-platform social voice, engaging creators and their fans in ways that add value to their communities and conversations.
- Work with analytics lead and agency on measurement framework to accurately define and track the success of campaigns. Identify trends within our community and across social.
