Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in the digital content creator ecosystem while managing partnerships.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with YouTube's Content Management System.
- Experience facilitating partner and content acquisition/funding agreements.
- Experience in the entertainment/content creator industry in Sao Paulo and/or the Latin American (LATAM) region.
- Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally.
- Ability to think strategically and convert complex issues into straightforward, timely action.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead strategic programs in Brazil for the Creator Ecosystem function focused on Creators, Shopping, and Enterprise development.
- Liaise with YouTube cross-functional teams, including Product, PR, Marketing, Legal, and Policy teams.
- Discuss and execute content partnership agreements. Define, analyze, and communicate partner metrics and develop account plan presentations for YouTube management and partners.
- Manage relationships with Creators and Multi Channel Networks (MCNs) to foster and support function and partner growth, including managing day-to-day operations and partner/creator relationships, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests, troubleshooting partner systems around reporting, managing content, and creating business plans and reports (i.e., external and internal) on partner and function performance.
- Develop and collaborate with Go-To-Market Shopping strategy while managing operational expenditure (opex) and content acquisition cost (cac) investments.
