We are looking for a strategic and results-driven **Partnership Manager** to join our team at **TripleTen Brasil**. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies across both **B2B** and **B2C** segments to help drive growth through co-marketing and B2B2C channels. You will identify, initiate, and manage relationships with strategic partners to bring new learners to our educational programs.
Experience in **B2C marketing** and **EdTech** industries is essential for success in this position.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or B2B/B2C marketing — preferably in EdTech or a related field.
- Proven success in building and managing strategic partnerships that drove measurable results.
- Strong understanding of B2C funnels and co-marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and professional working proficiency in English.
**Nice-to-Have**:
- Experience with events (sponsorships and presentations).
What you will do:
- Develop and implement a scalable partnership strategy targeting both B2B and B2C segments.
- Identify, approach, and secure strategic partners including companies, platforms, influencers, communities and events.
- Design and launch co-branded marketing campaigns and initiatives with partners.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle: from outreach and negotiation to onboarding, activation, and performance optimization.
- Build mutually beneficial offers and value propositions for partners.
- Track, analyze, and optimize partnership performance based on agreed KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align partner efforts with business goals.
- Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities.
