The Role We Are Seeking to Fill
- We are looking for an experienced Director focused on European markets, to further scale our business in this important segment of the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Build and manage strategic alliances with regional and local partners (e.g. RMS, PMS, booking engines, OTAs)
- Define and execute a partnership roadmap aligned with RateGain's GTM strategy in LATAM
- Identify co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities with key players in the hospitality and travel ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) to structure and execute partnership agreements
- Represent RateGain in industry events and partnership meetings to promote our brand and solutions
- Monitor partner performance, engagement, and contribution to pipeline and revenue
- Provide regular reporting and insights on partnership outcomes and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships
Skills and Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of the LATAM hospitality and travel technology ecosystem
- Knowledge of SaaS business models and partnership structures
- Awareness of regional trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape in the travel and hospitality sectors

Business Development ManagerPosition Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential partners, including telecom companies, e-commerce platforms, healthcare institutions, and other relevant service providers.
- Structure win-win commercial models (revenue sharing, co-marketing, data monetization) and structure BD playbook including partnership tiers, incentive structures, exclusivity clauses, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration and mutual growth.
- Analyze partnership strategies of local players and conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape.
- Analyze and report on business development efforts, providing insights into partnership strategies and outcomes.
- Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of partner services into platforms, and collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, particularly in the B2B market.
- Strong understanding of the telecommunications, e-commerce, and healthcare sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Native-level Portuguese + advanced English
