Activitati proncipale:
- Asambleaza arzatoarele conform documentatiei tehnice, executand operatii specifice, pe fiecare masina: roluire, presare, sudare, codare, slefuire/ardere, ambalare
- Executa masuratori sau verificari dupa operatia executata, destinata fiecarei masini, in functie de specificatiile tehnice de control ,ale fiecarui tip de produs sau proces.
- Aplica tehnologiile si instructiunile de lucru specifice
- Asigura intretinerea preventiva, curatenia utilajelor, SDV-urilor din dotare si a locului de munca.
- Atesta si este responsabil de calitatea si conformitatea reperelor rezultate din operatiile pe care le-a executat, prin completarea formularului PRC (Proces Registration Card). Inspecteaza vizual produsul la terminarea operatiei, conform instructiunilor de lucru si semnaleaza eventualele neconformitati sefului ierarhic
- Se implica in proiectele departamentului (imbunatatire continua, LEAN, Calitate etc)
- Regleaza masina conform parametrilor de functionare
- Instruieste operatorii noi pana la obtinerea certificarii
- Realizeaza lucrarile solicitate de seful direct in functie de calificare si pregatire (in propria arie sau in alta arie din productie)
- Respecta Regulamentul Intern, politicile si procedurile companiei, regulile si normele de Calitate, Mediu si Securitate si Sanatate in Munca (SSM), Situatii de Urgenta (PSI)
- Aplica normele SSM, Mediu si Situatii de Urgenta specifice locului de munca:
- poarta echipamentul de protectie si utilizeaza corect echipamentele si dispozitivele
- colecteaza selectiv deseurile si respecta regimul chimicalelor
- anunta imediat orice situatie anormala superiorului ierarhic
- se prezinta la controlul medical periodic atunci cand este solicitat
Abilitati profesionale/ Cunostinte:
- cunoaste operatiile de asamblare si preasamblare arzatoare
- cunoaste principiile operatiilor de sudura in argon
- stie sa identifice elemente componente ale fiecarui tip de produs
- intelegerea si interpretarea desenului tehnic
- intelegerea si aplicarea sistemului de calitate
- utilizare aparate de masura si control (AMC) specifice
- bune abilitati de comunicare si gestionare situatii conflictuale
- atititudine proactiva si flexibilitate
- bune abilitati de lucru in echipa
- aplicarea normelor si procedurilor de lucru specifice si generale (Calitate, SSM, Mediu, PSI)
