** Job Description**:
**Technical Product Owner - Commercial Planning Initiatives**
As the Product Owner for Commercial Planning initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing the technology solutions that drive our Commercial Excellence programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and different IT teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that align with business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strategy and Roadmap:
- Define the product / platform vision, strategy and OKR's for a new demand planning product, aligning business demand with the product roadmap
- Establish technology roadmaps to achieve efficient & effective delivery of business & customer value for assigned product
- Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency
- Manage product/platform constraints and resolve cross-team dependencies; manage demand intake as required
- Solutioning & Delivery:
- Define the standards for the product / platform, including overall design and features, development standards, release management processes and schedules, testing / validation, compliance and master data structures
- Manage and define financial budget
- Perform multiple vendor management
- Facilitate Change Control and Risk Management Processes
- Drive continual measurement of capabilities against demand volume, complexity, business challenges and improvement within value stream(s)
**Key Skills**:
- Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision through deep expertise in product development, engineering, and UX
- Experience in multiple stakeholder management
- Deep understanding and experience in high quality product delivery, including planning, dependency management, and delivery execution & governance
- Sufficient understanding of the business needs, including sufficient knowledge of business processes, relevant value drivers, and industry trends
- Experience in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, leading product team ceremonies, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up)
- Demonstrated success in leading multiple cross-function self-organized teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability of accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related area; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably in S&OP, IBP and commercial planning field
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading complex projects from conception to delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience with regional initiatives is desirable
- Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is desirable
- Experience with demand planning initiatives is desirable
- Advanced Spanish is a must
- Advanced English.
