Overview

Accounts Payable Analyst II role at SGF Global. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in the finance sector. In this role, you will contribute to managing high-volume invoice processing, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and driving improvements in AP workflow automation.

Responsibilities
  • Own high-volume invoice processing and vendor setups, including managing the AP inbox to ensure timely invoice intake and system entry.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate approvals and resolve invoice or PO discrepancies, partnering with Procurement, Legal, Marketing, and FP&A teams.
  • Process vendor invoices through 2-way PO matching in NetSuite, ensuring coding accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Resolve vendor inquiries and maintain accurate vendor data promptly.
  • Review and process worker expense reports in Expensify, ensuring timely reimbursement and global compliance with T&E policies.
  • Contribute to our weekly payment runs, maintaining a priority payment list and sending out remittance advice.
  • Manage the corporate travel card program and ensure end-to-end compliance, accuracy, and traveler support.
  • Support month-end close by preparing AP bank reconciliations and posting cash transactions, assisting with accruals, and ensuring timely submission of corporate card expenses while effectively balancing daily operations.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit readiness and compliance.
  • Drive improvements in AP workflow automation, GL accuracy, and coding consistency in NetSuite.
Requirements
  • Highly detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Clear, concise communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Takes accountability for deliverables and consistently meets deadlines.
  • Action-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and pride in work quality.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and engage deeply in processes.
  • Familiarity with Tipalti, NetSuite, Expensify, and Egencia is a major plus.
  • Solid Excel skills a must (Pivot Tables, lookups, and more).
