Job Description The Project Analyst will help the Program Manager coordinate the execution of embedded software projects, controlling and monitoring progress. This person will be responsible for managing requirements, stories, tasks and other project components, prioritizing with stakeholders. He/she will conduct development team follow-up, planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives; manage the project backlog, prepare status reports, and conduct weekly status updates with sponsors based in Brazil, China, and the USA. The candidate will coordinate with other geos to discuss new requirements and foster synergy between Brazilian software development projects and stakeholders. Skills and Requirements Advanced English (written and spoken); Agile and waterfall methodologies are desired; Experience in Software Security Process is desired; Team leadership; Project Management (PMI); MS Office intermediary; SCRUM/Agile; SW development process desired.
