Join our team as a Project Analyst and work on technology projects for global leaders

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the implementation of the Medallia solution;
- Training and guiding clients in the use of Medallia services;
- Configuring and optimizing surveys, dashboards, and automated workflows;
- Conducting tests to ensure the quality and performance of all deliverables.

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's degree completed;
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory;
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn;
- Passion for data, technology, and user experience;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
