About the Team / RoleWe are looking for a Transactional Fraud Prevention Specialist to oversee and safeguard critical payment flows, including cash-in, cash-out, chargebacks, 3DS, and transactional authentications. This role is responsible for monitoring suspicious activity, defining preventive controls, ensuring compliance with Central Bank of Brazil regulations, and guaranteeing a secure customer experience while minimizing fraud risk and operational losses. Responsibilities- Responsible for monitoring and analyzing transactional patterns, designing and implementing preventive controls, and leading fraud investigations across payment flows (cash-in, cash-out, chargebacks, 3DS, and authentications). You will ensure full regulatory adherence to the Central Bank of Brazil guidelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fraud prevention strategies, and balance security with customer experience to reduce fraud exposure and operational losses.
- A strong background in transactional fraud prevention, proven experience with payment flows (cash-in, cash-out, chargebacks, 3DS, and authentications), solid knowledge of regulatory requirements from the Central Bank of Brazil, and the ability to design effective controls while fostering collaboration across teams.
