Job Description We are seeking a senior-level Business Analyst with expertise in Kronos and UKG Workforce Management. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex projects and collaborate with clients, identifying engagement follow-on opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Conducting requirement assessment workshops with senior members of the client organisation. Designing solutions that meet customer requirements while limiting deviations from standard Kronos functionalities. Preparing functional and technical solution design documents. Working with offshore technical teams to build solutions and clarify queries. Training core users of the client. Managing customer user acceptance tests. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or a related field. Experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management is mandatory. English Advanced (B2-C1). Experience in requirement gathering and solution design. Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT preferred. Demonstrated track record in delivering quality, on-time technology and business solutions to a diverse client base. Solid interpersonal skills to interface with colleagues and clients. Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
