As an **Agreement and Project Sales Manager, **you will develop the Agreements (Long Term Services Agreements) & Upgrades (Services Projects) market in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Chile.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead a Capture Team to develop Agreements & Upgrades Opportunities.
- Lead the Contractual negotiation with customers.
- Work with peers in EPP to collaborate in the new sales by developing the correspondent agreement.
- Work with peers in ES&O to collaborate in the new sales by developing the correspondent agreement.
- Support the GM Agreements & Upgrades to build the forecast of sales.
- Coordinate the development of opportunities with the sales support team in Finland.
- Proper handing over of Won Deal Agreements to the Agreement Manager and his team.
- Proper handing over of Won Deal Upgrades to the Project Manager and his team.
- Help the Central teams (Agreements & Upgrades) to develop new solutions.
**Requirements/ Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a master’s degree in Business or Energy will be a plus.
- Knowledge of the energy market in the South Cone
- High experience in sales and negotiation with agreements and contracts
- Advanced English and Spanish levels are required
- Experience using CRM tools (SalesForce)
