Our company is building a virtual office platform to support remote and hybrid teams.
The Role- We're looking for a skilled developer who can design, build, and maintain a robust Flutter macOS app with clean architecture and reliable state management.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and real-time services to create a seamless user experience.
- Implement audio/video features using established frameworks.
- Ensure end-to-end observability by instrumenting product events, triaging errors with Sentry, and capturing UX signals with Microsoft Clarity.
- Own quality by writing unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests; conducting code reviews; and creating technical documentation.
- Manage the distribution process, including code signing and notarization, entitlements, and auto-update.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills are essential.
- Significant experience with Flutter and Dart in building desktop applications.
- Proven ability to optimize CPU/GPU usage in Flutter apps with measurable results.
- Strong grasp of architectural patterns, dependency injection, and state management.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, async programming, and error handling.
- Proficiency in Firebase or equivalent monitoring tools, Microsoft Clarity, and Sentry.
- Excellent Git skills, code review expertise, CI knowledge, and Jira work logs/time tracking.
