Account Manager | IT Talent Acquisition Specialist | Team Lead Job Tittle - Recruiting Manager Rate – DOE Job Description The Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the organization. This role oversees the recruitment team, partners closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs, and ensures a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience. The Recruiting Manager drives employer branding initiatives and continuously improves recruitment processes to support organizational growth. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5–8+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role. Experience managing high-volume hiring or specialized technical recruitment (preferred). Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational and project management skills.
