Job Description
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the organization. This role oversees the recruitment team, partners closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs, and ensures a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience. The Recruiting Manager drives employer branding initiatives and continuously improves recruitment processes to support organizational growth.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Experience managing high-volume hiring or specialized technical recruitment (preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
