Service Delivery Manager @ SkySys | Recruitment & Staffing

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long Term

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM)

Accountabilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain eCommerce websites using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and SFRA.
  • Build scalable, testable, and high-performing solutions for web applications, and participate in code reviews.
  • Champion best practices in security, coding standards, architecture patterns, resiliency, and documentation.
  • Collaborate across all phases of the software development lifecycle: planning, design, implementation, deployment, operations, and support.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Provide recommendations on eCommerce system design, integrating components built by other developers while ensuring architectural integrity.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in web development.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and familiarity with SFRA.
  • Experience with SFCC Business Manager configuration.
  • Hands-on experience integrating with REST and SOAP services, including authentication and data transformation.
  • Solid understanding of web security principles and safeguarding sensitive commerce data.
  • Proficiency with version control tools (GitHub) and familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot).
