We are Oitchau , a fast-growing company focused on transforming how businesses manage time and attendance.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager with strong B2B experience to lead our marketing strategy and help drive scalable growth.

You'll be responsible for brand positioning , qualified lead generation , and the development of strategic initiatives that align Marketing, Sales, and Product , supporting sustainable business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the B2B marketing strategy with a focus on enterprise customer acquisition, activation, and conversion;

  • Build and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with the sales and product roadmap;

  • Generate qualified pipeline through inbound campaigns, while supporting outbound and partner strategies;

  • Position the company as a market leader through content marketing, events, and brand storytelling;

  • Support the sales team with enablement materials, presentations, and tools that drive conversion;

  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to structure retention, upsell, and feature launch initiatives.

    • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech companies;

    • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales funnel and complex buying journey;

    • Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot (or similar CRMs/automation platforms);

    • Experience leading inbound marketing, ABM campaigns, product launches, and events;

    • Fluent English (spoken and written).
