Social Media Leadership Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Social Media to lead our social media strategies across various platforms. As a key member of our team, you will partner with our Social Media Team Lead to guide channel direction and develop best practices. Your expertise in championing AI capabilities and emerging platform technologies will drive a structured test-and-learn approach to improve performance and uncover new opportunities. You will serve as a senior voice on social media, contributing to trainings, thought leadership, and process improvements. You will mentor team members to strengthen their expertise and drive social media excellence. Your ability to interpret complex performance metrics and articulate how each channel ladders up to client business objectives will elevate data-driven decision-making. About the Role: Develop and execute social media strategies across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit. Partner with strategy, media, and project teams to ensure seamless transitions from onboarding to campaign launch. Champion the adoption of AI capabilities and emerging platform technologies. Mentor team members to strengthen their expertise and drive social media excellence. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in social media leadership roles. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies. Expertise in AI capabilities and emerging platform technologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
