- Manage internal stakeholders and represent the organization in client communications
- Evaluate and mentor staff, conducting performance assessments and goal setting
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards while managing IT decisions for the assigned area
- Lead initiatives to hire and retain top-tier talent, fostering a positive team culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in the IT industry with strong software development background
- 2+ years of Java development experience or experience leading Java development teams
- 5 years of experience leading development projects using object-oriented languages or data warehousing
- Strong strategic leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience working in an agile environment, preferably with an Enterprise Agile Framework such as SAFe
- Demonstrated strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Effective communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
