A Senior Planning Analyst at Sealed Air is responsible for all sales and operations planning management, including the company's inventory management, to maximize service level while reducing costs through inventory optimization. Main Responsibilities
Responsible for Planning KPI's OTC (On time Complete), Late Orders, Inventory, Aging Inventory, WAPE, and BIAS.
Responsible for ensuring service level within the target. Work in advance with other areas to avoid delivery miss to our customers.
Responsible for coordinating S&OP Process (Demand Consensus; Supply Meeting and Sing-off meeting). Work together with Sales to improve WAPE and BIAS.
Responsible for preparing forecasts with statistical models and doing analyses of demand, production, and supply. Managing the whole supply chain to ensure inventory in a healthy level (within the target) and customer demand without shortage of material.
Interface with the Planning analyst who takes care of MPS (Master Schedule Plan) to guarantee the material will be in the stock according to the demand informed in the S&OP, or according to orders received. identifying risks and possible planning redefinitions.
Responsible for Intercompany importing plan and FUP of Open Order with intercompany plants.
Managing and controlling Inventory Levels. Responsible to define inventory policies and preparing inventory forecasts and achieving the target monthly defined by SEE. Preparing scenario analyses for demand changes to ensure inventory is on target. Monitor the stock level, qualify it and propose actions with the commercial and portfolio teams according to the risk of surplus and/or lack of products.
Managing and Control Aging Inventory. Define an action plan to consume/sell it with support of Commercial and Portfolio areas. Work in the aging pipeline to anticipate the risk and avoid increasing this material category within the inventory.
Responsible for IDP (Innovation Delivery Projects) to ensure material phase in/ phase out.
