Sweden needs skilled engineers. Right now we have approximately 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are great by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden and a Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to relocation for our consultants. We fix everything for our employees - visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, you name it. Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. You will be part of an efficient team focused on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Telescope's core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.

• Identify and engage engineers who are open to relocating to Sweden.
• Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with a global recruiting team and the Swedish delivery management team to coordinate relocation-related tasks.
• Support clients in fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
• Plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with colleagues across multiple countries.
• Help engineers and their families transition to a new life in Sweden, handling logistics as needed.

At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.

• A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
• Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
• High quality and brand awareness.
• Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
• Upper intermediate English.
• Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
• Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
• Self confident, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.
• Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude toward overcoming obstacles.
• Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
• Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.

• Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.
• Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
• Location: Work from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
• Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
