WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Engage clients in pre-sales to define vision, challenges, and goals.
  • Lead discovery sessions and shape actionable product roadmaps.
  • Provide strategic consulting and influence product decisions.
  • Develop proposals, estimate efforts, and ensure user-centered design.
  • Facilitate prototyping and align design with business strategy.
  • Establish best practices and frameworks for product management.
  • Grow and upskill the product team on research and strategy.
  • Adapt to diverse projects, industries, and changing priorities.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly across stakeholders.
MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management and UX Design, or Product Strategy and UX Design roles.
  • Expertise in Product Strategy: Ability to define, refine, and validate product concepts with clients.
  • Strong UX Background: Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
  • Consultative Mindset: Experience working with clients, facilitating workshops, and shaping product visions.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and product-market fit.
  • Excellent Communication: Comfortable leading client discussions, presenting ideas, and influencing stakeholders.
