The Product Strategy Lead is responsible for engaging clients in pre-sales to define vision, challenges, and goals. This includes leading discovery sessions and shaping actionable product roadmaps.

In this role, you will provide strategic consulting and influence product decisions, develop proposals, estimate efforts, and ensure user-centered design. You will also facilitate prototyping and align design with business strategy.

Key responsibilities include establishing best practices and frameworks for product management, growing and upskilling the product team on research and strategy, and adapting to diverse projects, industries, and changing priorities.

You will communicate complex ideas clearly across stakeholders, requiring strong UX background, expertise in product strategy, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management and UX Design or Product Strategy and UX Design roles
  • Expertise in product strategy: Ability to define, refine, and validate product concepts with clients
  • Strong UX background: Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research
  • Consultative mindset: Experience working with clients, facilitating workshops, and shaping product visions
  • Business acumen: Understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and product-market fit
  • Excellent communication: Comfortable leading client discussions, presenting ideas, and influencing stakeholders
