Product Innovation Leader

As a Product Innovation Leader, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our AI-powered orchestration and payments platform, ATHIA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features and products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features.
  • Identify and prioritize product requirements ensuring they meet business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management preferably in the fintech or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading product development and launch.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
