Business Development Director - FX & CFDs Industry Role

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development leader to drive revenue growth across key markets.

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Business Development professionals across assigned markets.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for both hunting new clients and farming existing portfolios.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing mentoring to develop team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personally drive acquisition of high-value clients through prospecting, attending events, and representing the company at industry conferences.
  • Actively manage and grow relationships with existing clients to increase trading volumes and revenue share.
  • Define and implement regional and global business development strategies in alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of individual Business Development experience in the FX & CFDs brokerage industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing Business Development team members.
  • Strong knowledge of FX & CFDs products, trading platforms, spreads, rebates, and partner programs.
  • Proven success in both hunting new clients and farming existing portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage P&L.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM tools and performance tracking.
  • Multilingual abilities particularly languages relevant to target markets.
