Job Title:

Physics Subject Matter Expert – AI Training & Content Development

We are seeking a skilled physicist to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced physics content for AI models.

This role requires exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and writing skills. You will play a crucial role in developing and evaluating physics datasets, including conceptual explanations, problem sets, and technical summaries.

The ideal candidate has a Master's or PhD in Physics, Applied Physics, Engineering Physics, or a related discipline. They should have a strong foundation in theoretical and applied physics, with demonstrated expertise in one or more areas such as computational modeling, simulations, or numerical methods.

Apart from scientific knowledge, we require excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly. Familiarity with AI/ML models, data annotation, and prompt engineering is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development:
  • Create high-quality physics datasets that enhance AI models' reasoning and accuracy.
  • Build domain-specific datasets across physics subfields.

Model Evaluation & AI Training:

  • Evaluate LLM-generated physics content for accuracy, clarity, rigor, and logical reasoning.
  • Detect and correct conceptual gaps, numerical errors, and inconsistencies in AI outputs.

Collaboration & R&D:

  • Work closely with AI engineers, computational linguists, and data scientists to improve AI reasoning.
  • Provide domain expertise for designing AI benchmarks and test scenarios.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master's or PhD in Physics, Applied Physics, Engineering Physics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong foundation in theoretical and applied physics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas.
  • Excellent communication skills.
