Procuramos um profissional motivado e habilidoso para atuar como Closer de Vendas em uma equipe remota. A experiência com vendas consultivas de alto valor é fundamental para o sucesso nesta posição.

Responsabilidades:

  • Receber e conduzir leads qualificados até o fechamento, oferecendo uma experiência consultiva e personalizada;
  • Conduzir reuniões online com domínio de roteiro, escuta ativa e técnicas de fechamento;
  • Realizar follow-ups estratégicos para maximizar a taxa de conversão;
  • Utilizar CRM para registrar e acompanhar todo o processo, mantendo alto nível de organização;
  • Colaborar com o time de marketing e pré-vendas para otimização do funil e aumento da performance;
  • Bater e superar metas mensais com foco em receita e satisfação do cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Morar nos Estados Unidos;
  • Experiência comprovada como Closer em vendas consultivas de alto valor;
  • Experiência comprovada com venda de serviços High Ticket;
  • Inglês fluente ou nativo;
  • Conhecimento em gatilhos mentais e frameworks de vendas;
  • Domínio de CRM e WhatsApp como ferramentas de vendas;
  • Habilidade de comunicação clara, persuasiva e empática;
  • Conhecimento em funis de vendas e sequências de e-mail;
  • Organização, disciplina e foco em metas;
  • Estrutura para home office (boa internet e ambiente silencioso);
  • Disponibilidade para atuar com ligações e em horário noturno.
