Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product, design, and infrastructure—to deliver features that support institutional clients with high-volume, complex needs. Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, ensuring resilience and compliance within a highly regulated financial environment. Integrate with relational and non-relational databases to support large-scale data storage, analytics, and real-time operations. Partner with other senior engineers to define best practices, improve workflows, and mentor peers. Have a direct impact on enabling hedge funds, asset managers, and large financial entities to securely trade, store, and analyze digital assets. Requirements: Strong programming skills in Go. Solid experience working with relational or non-relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, etc) Heavy experience working with microservices architecture. Hands-on Experience With Cloud Platforms (AWS Preferred). Strong bias toward well-tested and well-written code. Experience with version control (Git) and modern development practices. Proven experience working with CI/CD pipelines. Excellent English communication. Self-driven profile. Nice to haves: Experience with other backend programming languages, such as Java, Ruby on Rails, etc. Previous experience working in the financial market, bonus points for crypto. Understanding of Blockchain. Experience breaking monoliths into microservices.
