
Manager, Swx Global Strategic Initiatives

Responsible for leading specific annual strategic priorities from inception to implementation to other global BD & Strategy regional leads. The strategic priority may change each year, therefore the role includes the ability to solve complex initiatives that may be unrelated to the prior year. Additionally, the role offers internal/external exposure, and ability to develop industry-changing growth the Stellantis.
**Job Responsibilities include**:
- Annual revenue targets
- Lead 2-3 annual strategic projects as set during the Annual Strategic Plan process for the current year
- Include full end to end assessment of the initiative lifecycle
- Ensure successful execution within timelines
- Monetization analyses in partnership other Software organizations

**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or other directly related field
- 10+ years of overall experience
- Language: English (Advanced+)
- Expert in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with data visualization
- Experience using data sets to derive insights
- Ability to develop models and forecasts with mínimal oversight
- Experience developing/reviewing survey data
- Experience with tools to obtain 3rd party information
- Annual strategic planning and budget development experience
- Ability to seamlessly fill-in cross-organizationally as required
- Global project management experience, including strong communication skills
- Including adaptability to different organizations or cultures
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, other directly related field
- Managerial and leadership skills
- Cross-functional experience
- Short and long-term thoughtful mindset
- Attitudinal willingness to solve complex problems with mínimal oversight
