In your Strategic Agility Program Manager role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.
The Strategic Agility Program Manager is a role in the Procurement Center of Expertise (COE). The agile team is committed to unlocking incremental value and acceleration of value delivery in procurement projects that will be coming out of the Transformation Office pipeline. This is role will involve delivering on high visibility, high ROI projects across categories in collaboration with the agile leader, category leaders and business leaders to deliver value and category improvements. This role will require project management, problem solving / critical thinking skills, financial analysis, understanding of strategic category management (SCM), Negotiation Gold Standard (NGS) and effective stakeholder relationship management. The role will support multiple projects in parallel. This is an individual contributor role, reporting into the Sr. Manager, Procurement Strategic Agility.
**Responsibilities**:
Agile Squad project execution - 80%
- Accelerate value delivery on key sourcing efforts in the Transformation Office pipeline by adding analytics, rigor and horsepower and utilizing a broad set of capabilities in procurement and supply chain
- Drive incremental value in current and future sourcing efforts by using critical thinking and problem solving tools
- Own and track the development and execution of specific agile squad activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional squad members and provide support to leadership team members on agile projects
- Develop strategic sourcing strategies in alignment with squad value improvement/ cost saving goals and broader organizational objectives
- Enable execution of RFI/RFQ/RFP on agile squad sourcing events
**Agile Capability Build - 20%**
- Contribute to development of 'Agile Playbook' for procurement including materials and process guidelines
- Coordinate and facilitate agile related community of practice activities to drive shared learnings across the enterprise
- Help develop agile culture and brand. Implement, and monitor agile related measures to increase enterprise agile maturity and drive agile adoption

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business, Engineering, or other related discipline
- 5 + years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and/or Supply Chain
- Prior experience in areas of Analytics, Strategic Category Management, Negotiations and fundamentals of procurement
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated record of delivering strong business results
