Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Analytics voltado(a) para o entendimento do perfil do consumidor, com foco em aplicar técnicas de ciência de dados e estatística para otimizar a tomada de decisões estratégicas da empresa. O(a) profissional será responsável por analisar grandes volumes de dados, identificar padrões e tendências no comportamento dos clientes e gerar insights acionáveis que auxiliem a personalização de ofertas, retenção de clientes e melhoria da experiência do consumidor.
Principais Responsabilidades:Realizar análise de dados relacionados ao comportamento do consumidor, como padrões de compra, preferências e hábitos de consumo.Utilizar técnicas de modelagem estatística, machine learning e inteligência artificial para prever comportamentos futuros e segmentar os consumidores.Colaborar com as equipes de marketing para fornecer insights que ajudem na criação de campanhas direcionadas e estratégias de engajamento.Estruturar e tratar grandes volumes de dados (data wrangling) para garantir a consistência e integridade das informações analisadas.Aplicar métodos estatísticos para medir a eficácia de ações de marketing e identificar oportunidades de otimização.Desenvolver análises preditivas e prescritivas para antecipar demandas de consumidores e melhorar a experiência do cliente.Realizar estudos de cohort, churn e lifetime value (LTV) para identificar oportunidades de retenção e crescimento da base de clientes.
Requisitos:Graduação em Estatística, Matemática, Ciência de Dados, Engenharia, Economia, ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com ferramentas de análise de dados, como Python, R, SQL.Conhecimentos sólidos em modelagem estatística, regressão, clustering, e técnicas de machine learning.Experiência com manipulação de grandes bases de dados e técnicas de data mining.Habilidade para traduzir dados complexos em insights claros e acionáveis.Conhecimento sobre metodologias ágeis e boas práticas de gestão de projetos.Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa em equipes multidisciplinares.
Diferenciais:Experiência com dados de CRM, plataformas de e-commerce ou marketing digital.Conhecimento em linguagens de consulta e processamento de dados (Spark, Hadoop, etc.).Experiência prévia em projetos voltados à análise de comportamento do consumidor.
