Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and developing targeted solutions to meet those needs. In this role, you will also be responsible for managing the sales team, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their targets, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
