Senior Solutions & Product Architect (Deputy CTO)

We’re looking for a Senior Solutions & Product Architect (Deputy CTO) to join our leadership team and scale alongside our cofounder & CTO. This is a client-facing, high-impact role that blends product strategy, solution architecture, and delivery leadership .

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients from day one to understand their business needs and shape solutions.
  • Define high-level product requirements, MVP scopes, and roadmaps.
  • Translate business goals into technical architectures and delivery plans.
  • Lead proposal creation (business framing + product requirements + technical approach).
  • Oversee delivery across multiple teams, ensuring quality and accountability.
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients, while mentoring engineering teams internally.
  • Help codify Oowlish’s playbooks so we can scale beyond any single leader.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or product/technical consulting.
  • Strong technical breadth (cloud, APIs, modern architectures).
  • Proven ability to lead multiple teams/projects and communicate with C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience defining product requirements and MVPs, not just technical designs.
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus).
  • Potentially suitable backgrounds include experience in consulting / outsourcing firms, CTOs or co-founders of startups, or entrepreneurial individuals looking to grow into a future CTO/Partner role.
