Experiência na concepção de aplicações, experiências, websites, produtos e serviços que equilibram as necessidades dos usuários, objetivos de negócio e restrições tecnológicas. De preferência, com experiência em empresas com metodologias ágeis, sendo o único responsável pelas entregas do seu squad; Atuação em projetos mais críticos na empresa, com domínio completo dos princípios de experiência do usuário, design de interação, processo de pesquisa e geração de insights para o entrega de protótipos (confortável executar o ciclo de vida completo UX); Realizar apresentações do seu trabalho de forma eficaz e amigável com uma argumentação sólida para os colegas de equipe, stakeholders e Diretoria; Profissional irá atuar sozinho como UX/UI de um squad. Deve ser autônomo, organizado e auto-motivado; Experiência com trabalhos de Growth e/ou performance de produtos são diferenciais; Muita vontade para desbravar. Reuniões com cliente; Atividades de pesquisa para concepção do produto; Desenvolvimento de planejamento de produtos; Desenvolvimento de interfaces; Desenvolvimento de protótipos; Planejamento e execução de testes e pesquisas com usuários; Desenvolvimento de atividades de User Experience em geral.
