Nosso cliente está procurando um User Experience Design Manager para integrar sua equipe em São Paulo. O profissional se concentrará em desenvolver a área de experiência de usuário e sua principal responsabilidade será desenvolver e gerenciar uma equipe de designers de experiência.

Responsabilidades:

- Criar experiências de usuário simples a partir de fluxos complexos de trabalho.
- Entregar uma visão de UX evolutiva e iterativa, que aprimore a visão ao longo do tempo.
- Construir relacionamentos fortes e ritmos operacionais com líderes dentro e fora de sua equipe principal de produto para implementar de forma eficiente experiências de usuário que sejam coesas, inclusivas e bem informadas.

Requerimentos:

- +10 anos de experiência em UX Design.
- 3 anos de experiência gerenciando ou liderando equipes de design.
- Experiência em desenvolvimento a partir de metas centradas no usuário, para moldar a estratégia geral do produto.
- Experiência trabalhando em um produto, do início até a entrega.
- Habilidades interessantes: SEO, JavaScript, CSS, HTML 5, UX Design / Testing, Web Interface Design, Design Thinking, Agile Methodologies.
