RINA is currently recruiting for a Latin America Infrastructure and Mobility Project Manager to join its office in Rio de Janeiro (RJ) or São Paulo (SP) within the International Infrastructure & Mobility Division.

Mission

As an Infrastructure & Mobility Project Manager at RINA, you will oversee and lead complex projects within the Infrastructure and Mobility sectors in the LATAM region, ensuring delivery according to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead large-scale engineering projects in sectors like Metro, Rail, LRT, Roads, Ports, and Wet/Dry Infrastructures.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning to close-out, aligning with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and adhere to project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Manage project risks proactively.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, oversee contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and report project progress and performance metrics.
  • Ensure quality standards are met.
  • Drive process improvements for project delivery.
  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil preferred); Master’s or Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Experience in Project and Contract Management in Mobility and Infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven record of delivering complex projects on time and budget.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, contract law, procurement, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Full professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
