We’re looking for a results-driven and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into scalable growth for our clients. Your actions and decisions should reflect the core values of CTC Global and cover the foundational principles of media acquisition.

Your role goes beyond delivering measurable business outcomes—you will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations. This continuous dialogue builds trust, strengthens partnerships, and positions CTC as a strategic ally guiding clients through the intricacies of media acquisition and growth planning.

Kick Off Period

  • Be willing to put in the hard work required and be hungry to complete the kickoff.

Onboarding

  • Align with the team and contribute to the Brain Trust for ideas across clients.
  • Coordinate with pod team members including Google strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist.
  • Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Maintain data integrity of clients across Statlas.
  • Execute the Prophet system for clients and build Growth Forecasts (Growth Map using the Prophet System) with data analysis and calendar alignment.
  • Daily execution and actualization vs. forecast to meet KPIs; pivot when needed.
  • Combine data analysis and client feedback to develop strategic plans; act as an early adopter when pivoting.
  • Lead in obstacle-rich situations; maintain insatiable curiosity and problem-solving.
  • Implement CTC’s Meta best practices and build campaigns using our structure and processes.
  • Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategy to hit daily targets; implement tests to beat performance.

Quality of Work

  • Maintain within a 5% delta to the forecast.
  • Daily alignment with client vs. forecast and strategy.
  • Execute Prophet system on time with high quality.
  • Deliver work on schedule with attention to detail.

Client Communication

  • Champion communication; ensure client alignment on Growth Map goals and deadlines for the team.
  • Send daily performance updates to the client; align strategy and forecast daily.
  • Provide weekly updates on the Weekly Strategy Call.

Contributing Back

  • Share learnings for system improvement and collaborate across teams and future content.
Next-Level Skills

Communication Skills

  • Fluent in English; ability to communicate persuasively and present ideas clearly.
  • Strong client messaging with emotional intelligence and solid presentation skills; data-analysis aptitude.
  • Familiarity with data tools including Google Sheets; willingness to grow advanced skills on the job.

Past Experience

  • Broader experience across domains such as mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, media buying, etc.

You will merge Finance and Marketing to build a forecasted strategy to reach business goals.

  • Achieve certification in our ideology and precise Prophet system execution for top-quality client results.
  • Deliver high-accuracy performance within 5% delta of Growth Map and Statlas.
  • Lead and collaborate to optimize productivity and maintain high standards.
  • Apply best practices in media buying to drive outstanding results.
  • Maintain client satisfaction above benchmark; align daily forecasts to exceed expectations.
  • Adhere to quality standards in feedback, forecasting, media decisions, and system execution.
  • Meet deadlines and budget requirements; ensure on-target performance.
  • Contribute ideas to team discussions and company content for growth and innovation.
Domain

Management

  • Supervisor: Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program; you will report directly to Joy Sharma, a mentor focused on growth strategy.

Working under Joy’s guidance will push you to your limits and support your growth as an Ecommerce Manager.

Orientation

  • This role will be client-facing.

What’s In It For Me?

Salary Range

  • First month: $2,000
  • Second month: $4,000
  • Third month (on average): $7,000 a month
  • 1st Year Annual Range: $64,000-$76,000
  • 2nd Year Annual Range: $100,000-$120,000

This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.
