Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Specialist to join our team.

Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring system operation status, recording key performance indicators through a web interface. They will handle anomalies according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), escalating issues to base station maintenance or platform engineers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct automated inspections of faulty base stations in various countries, reporting daily fault lists to regional experts.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting following SOPs, escalating unresolved faults to base station maintenance engineers.
  • Provide timely technical support to NRTK specialists and users, responding to requests within 30 minutes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in customer service, after-sales, technical support, or related fields.
  • Proficient English reading and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Word, Excel, and email.
  • Prior experience in software operations and maintenance is advantageous.
