Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to monitor the operation status of our systems, ensuring that key indicators are recorded accurately and anomalies are handled in accordance with standard operating procedures.The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and resolving base station faults using automated tools, as well as providing timely technical support to specialists and users.Key Responsibilities:Monitor system operation status and record key indicatorsHandle anomalies according to SOPInspect and resolve base station faults using automated toolsProvide technical support to specialists and usersRequired Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school education or above, with customer service experience.
You should also have strong English reading and writing skills, as well as proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, and email.
