Overview

Senior Fullstack Python / React/Next.JS / AI LangFlow Developer. You will play an active role in solid Python engineering and backend API development, as well as building AI flows/agents with Langflow.

Responsibilities
  • Solid Python engineering and backend API development
  • Design and implement retrieval/search pipelines (loaders, embeddings, vector search)
  • Work with LLM providers (prompts, structured outputs, tool/function calling)
  • Enterprise integrations (REST/GraphQL, webhooks, internal systems)
  • Role involves building AI flows/agents with LangFlow
  • Collaborate on frontend integration (React/Next.js) to connect UIs to flows
  • Design and implement LLM workflow/agent orchestration using frameworks or orchestration tools
  • Proficiency with Git in collaborative workflows (branching strategies, pull requests/code reviews, conflict resolution)
  • Work with Jira issue types and Scrum/Kanban boards
Qualifications
  • Solid Python engineering and backend API development
  • Knowledge of using the AI LangFlow Developer tool
  • LLM workflow/agent orchestration using frameworks or orchestration tools
  • Experience with prompts, structured outputs, tool/function calling
  • Design and implementation of retrieval/search pipelines (loaders, embeddings, vector search)
  • Enterprise integrations (REST/GraphQL, webhooks, internal systems)
  • Proficiency with Git in collaborative workflows
  • Experience with Jira and Scrum/Kanban
  • Advanced English
Key advantages

  • Basic DevOps/cloud exposure (containers, CI/CD, deployments)
  • Ecosystem familiarity (LangChain/LlamaIndex, multi-agent patterns)
  • Document processing/search and multilingual use cases
Work model

Hybrid work model. This position requires one or two days per week at a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo, SP, or São José dos Campos, depending on business needs. We support a healthy work-life balance with wellness programs.
