Operations and Logistics Assistant

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all operational and administrative routines related including logistics process, primarily collaborating on the operational side and completing local documents and reports, helping to maintain and improve the high level of administrative controls and operations.
**Key Duties include**:
- Supporting throughout the logistics process (domestic and foreign market), separation of parts, packaging, updating of stock control, issuing documents, contacting couriers' companies
- Separate and organize parts for local services requested by the service department
- Supporting in all administrative routines, organizing documents and making follow up with customers and suppliers
- Supporting the operating process, providing the necessary documentation and information for the department of sales and services
- Supporting in HR routines such as monthly employee benefits request (food vouchers, transportation vouchers)
You will be pro-active and a team player who enjoys helping the team. It would also be an advantage if you have completed college in Administration or Foreign Trade.
You will also possess:
- Excellent verbal and written skills, Portuguese and English
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
