The Team/Role The Sales Operations & Incentives team is responsible for ensuring clarity in targets, consistency in sales routines, and transparency in incentive models. As an Analyst, you will support the team by preparing reports, tracking pipeline health, and maintaining benchmarks that guide sales execution. Responsibilities Assisting in the definition and tracking of benchmarks (conversion rates, CAC, ticket size). Supporting funnel tracking by sales stage (lead → signed → live). Preparing rep-level goal breakdowns by city and category. Assisting in commercial incentive simulations. Helping define and monitor SLAs for sales stages. Producing weekly pipeline health reports and dashboards. Supporting the manager in action plan monitoring for underperforming cases. Qualifications Background in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is a plus. Analytical mindset, detail orientation, and organizational skills. Interest in sales operations and performance management. Fluency in English (mandatory); Mandarin is a strong plus. A collaborative attitude, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
