Job Description The role involves selling to the U.S. market as a contractor. Our Engineering team is based in Brazil, while our sales targets the U.S. We value clear writing, fast experimentation, and prioritizing cash-in over vanity metrics. Products We offer two main products: DatBot.ai and Flipbooker.com. DatBot.ai enables agencies and SMBs to research, brief, and ship content faster through AI workflows. Flipbooker.com turns PDFs into branded, gated microsites with analytics and access control. Target Audience Our ideal customer profile (ICP) consists of U.S. SMB/mid-market professionals including Heads/VPs of Marketing, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, eComm Managers, and RevOps in non-regulated industries. Cross-selling opportunities exist naturally between our products. Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Self-sourcing 60–80% of pipeline via email, phone, or short Loom videos Re-engaging warm leads quickly Running discovery sessions to understand customer needs and timelines Conducting 5–8 minute demos and proposing paid pilots Closing Team+ plans Building segmented lead lists and sequences Logging clean notes and sharing weekly insights Surfacing cross-selling opportunities Driving close plans for late-stage opportunities Ramp Milestones Expected milestones include: Month 1: 4–8 Qualified Meetings, 2–3 SAOs, 1 early win Month 2: 12–18 QMH, 6–8 SAOs, 1–3 wins Steady State (M3+): 12–20 QMH / 6–10 SAOs / 2–4 wins per month Compensation Cash compensation ranges from US$8k–$15k+/mo once ramped and grows as we optimize processes. Requirements Required skills and qualifications include: Excellent English speaking and writing skills for U.S. prospect calls 2+ years experience in SaaS BDR/AE roles targeting U.S. SMB/mid-market Proven hunting skills including list building, smart personalization, tight copy, and disciplined follow-up Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Loom, Calendly, and Google Workspace
