**About the Job**

At Dadosfera, our projects are customized to meet each client’s needs, providing real IMPACT wherever we go. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships, and providing exceptional experiences for our leads. You will offer solutions that help clients achieve their goals through data-driven insights.

**Responsibilities**
- Convert new clients while acting as both a Hunter and Farmer to attract and retain accounts.
- Manage small, medium, and large client accounts.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify client challenges (e.g., growth, improvement, troubleshooting) and recommend the best Dadosfera solutions or services.
- Execute and manage follow-up activities and keep CRM systems updated.
- Collaborate closely with Dadosfera’s Tech team to receive guidance on solutions from sales, product, and commercial perspectives.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive with account management responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Office Suite, ERP tools, and CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team within a fast-paced environment.
- Basic technical knowledge in data and market trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in SaaS technology companies.
- Fluent English for international sales.
- Experience selling digital platform solutions or consulting services.
