Responsibilities
  • As a senior headhunter, help find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.
  • Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and manage relocation-related work with support from a global recruitment team and Swedish executives.
  • Coordinate with the Swedish delivery management team for relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
  • Plan and execute recruiting activities with colleagues across multiple countries (Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam).
  • Contribute to helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden; align with Telescope values of joy, trust, and professionalism.
Required competence / Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
  • Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, sociable, outgoing, with strong self-motivation.
  • Resilient and persistent, able to persist after rejections.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Job Details
  • Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time.
  • Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours of productive work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: Remote or from a co-location center of choice.
  • Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Includes paid national holidays with maintained payment and 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
