Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer contract reviews and changes, liaising with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams
  • Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements related to life sciences and healthcare
  • Maintain and oversee agreement templates to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Manage contract processes and ensure timely completion of requests
  • Develop knowledge of Getinge Sales teams and their products/services through contract preparation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience required
  • Proven experience working on sales-related contracts and knowledge of contract language
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with a command of the English language
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
  • Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Experience in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industries
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and contracting software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
