Overview Employer Industry: Pharmaceutical/Oncology Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $195,700 Opportunity for annual bonuses and equity awards Comprehensive health and wellness programs, including access to fitness centers Inclusive and diverse company culture Chance to work closely with key Oncology specialists and thought leaders Opportunity for personal and professional growth within a leading pharmaceutical company What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Engage Oncology Specialists (NSCLC) and deliver clinical messages to promote the launch of LIBTAYO Collaborate with various partners to resolve customer needs and develop strategies that support brand objectives Build strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists to understand their goals and challenges Conduct market profiling activities to enhance understanding of local healthcare dynamics Identify and coordinate business opportunities with assigned accounts to support contracting efforts What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or additional certifications preferred Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, with NSCLC experience preferred Required buy and bill experience with biologics Experience working with key NSCLC thought leaders or high-influence customers Strong understanding of the Oncology NSCLC therapeutic area and current marketplace How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Proven advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills Successful track record in complex markets and diverse customer segments Results-oriented with experience in product launches Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills Passion for science and proactive in learning about disease states and treatment options #Pharmaceutical #Oncology #SalesOpportunity #CareerGrowth #DiversityAndInclusion We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
