Business Growth Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and help us expand our global presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities within assigned regions and client segments, leveraging strong negotiation and communication skills to secure partnerships. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional partners, to drive revenue growth and increase market share. Promote company products and services through effective marketing strategies, highlighting their value proposition and competitive advantages. Collaborate closely with internal departments, such as marketing, compliance, and product, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution. Monitor client performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular market feedback to management to inform strategic decisions. Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to network, build relationships, and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to support business development initiatives. What You Need To Succeed Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the FX/CFD trading space. Proven track record of successfully acquiring and retaining clients, with a strong portfolio of existing relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in other languages a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking systems, and other software applications essential for success in this role. A self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude and a goal-driven mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
